Houda Riahi

Houda Riahi is a Tunisian dancer and circus artist. Trained since 2003 at the National School of Circus Arts of Tunis (ENACT) within the national theater directed by Mohamed Idriss, she is the first practitioner of trapeze ballant in Africa. 


Working with several Tunisian choreographers and directors, she also tours internationally, notably during festivals in Lebanon, Algeria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Turkey, and France. 


In 2010, she taught contemporary dance and circus at the national theater, and was in parallel, a resident artist and a pedaogical director with the company Théâtre Phou directed by Raja Ben Ammar and Moncef Sayem at the circus school Mad'Art Carthage.  

In 2018, Houda joined the Tunis Opera Ballet as a dancer in the first founding class and dance, She also participated in the creation of "Bnett Wasla" with Hela Fattoumi and Eric Lamoueux on tour until 2020.
