Architect graduated from the National School of Architecture and Urbanism, Bilel Ben Romdhane has collaborated, as a cultural manager, with many projects since 2011 around audiences and dissemination of cultural content. 

Previously publishing director of the first cultural web.tv zoopolis.tv, he was able to develop an interest and passion for communication and mediation with diverse audiences.
