Andrew Graham - Cie L’Autre Maison

For eleven years, Andrew Graham lived in London where he worked and lived with renowned artists and companies.

In 2019, he founded L’AUTRE MAISON company in Marseille, dedicated to inclusive choreographic practices. The same year, he was invited by the Russian stage director Vera Martynov to co-create the video-installation OMORFOI and design the 18th century Russian ceramics exhibition at the Hermitage foundation, in Moscow and Hanoi. In October 2020, he was invited to the Manifesta13 biennale to create an inclusive activities program with the AOZIZ network, a rally of inclusive housing based in Marseille.

His choreographic practice makes room for embodied encounters. It takes the language of inclusion and makes it exist in a material domain. It is a structure centered on practice, focalised on links in between people. It wears no judgement one what should be ideal bodies, but cultivates aesthetics and styles founded on connections.
